I upgraded it to Windows 10 last year. So I decided to make a clean installation and prepared a usb with media creation tool X64 with Turkish Language yesterday. I rebooted the laptop with that usb and started installing Windows 10, however installation gets stuck at different percentages at «Getting files ready for Installation» phase.

I’m trying to do clean install by using a bootable UBS but it’s stuck at copying windows files. Did you try to delete all the partitions and ensured that there is only a single unallocated partition when performing the clean install? I also suggest trying a differnt USB port, or another spare USB flash drive to perform a clean install in case the issue persist.
